Our Story
My name is Arpna, and welcome to the FEM Program! I am passionate about helping busy women lose weight sustainably to become their healthiest and most confident selves.
I know what it is like to be an overweight kid and have an unhealthy relationship with food as an adult. It was not until I learned a flexible approach to eating and discovered movement I loved that I was able to lose weight and boost my confidence.
I want to share what I have learned from my experience as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach as well as my personal journey to help you do the same thing!
Our Vision
The FEM Program teaches busy women how to lose weight sustainably and improve overall health through three pillars: food, exercise and mindset.
